Janice Coles
Researcher 

Janice Coles is a Specialist Technician within the Southampton Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD) Diagnostic and Research Team. She has more than 17 years of experience in ciliary function analysis and airway modelling, with particular expertise in high-speed video microscopy, immunofluorescence analysis, and air–liquid interface culture of nasal epithelial cells.

In 2023, Janice completed an MSc in Genomics, undertaking a dissertation project that characterised a gene-edited, immortalised cellular model of PCD.
